Welcome to the HCSM Assessment page. Here you can complete the six Stress Assessmments, and purchase access to your Individual Stress Assessment.
Completing the Stress Assessments should take aproximately 30 minutes. As one assessment is completed, you will be redirected automatically to the next assessment, until you have completed all six.
You will be required to enter your name and email address at the start of each assessment. Please pay attention to this and ensure your details are correct. A mistake will make it difficult for us to ensure you receive your results. Completing the six Stress Assessments should take approximately 30 minutes.
The “Personal Test Code” block can be ignored if you are an individual. It is used to for our corporate clients, to ensure correct groupings.
Corporate Clients – Stress Report

You will be required to enter your name, your email address, and your “Personal Test Code” at the start of each assessment. Your Personal Test Code can be found on the email which you should have received via email. Please pay attention to this and ensure your details are correct. Instructions
- To start the Stress Assessments click on the button labelled ” Start Your Stress Assessment”
- If you are a corporate client, financial arrangements have been completed relating to the Stress Assessments tests. If you are an individual who would like to recieve your Stress Profile, please click the “Buy Now” button. You will be taken to the Payfast online payment portal where you have several options to make payment. Please ensure that you use the same name on your Assessments as you use with your payment.
The cost of the marking of the six Stress Assessments, and the creation of your Personal Stress Profile is R300, there are no hidden costs. - On completion of the Stress Assessments you will be taken to the HCSM homepage.
